Pack & Ship America was founded a decade ago by Rick Durazzo after his sister asked for help moving her apartment from Philadelphia to San Francisco. After calling all the major moving companies listed in the Yellow Pages, Rick was shocked at the high cost and terrible service offered by the major household moving lines.
Since that time, PSA has moved several thousand people and their goods coast-to-coast and to several hundred cities in between. The company was established to provide complete satisfaction and an enjoyable, hassle-free move for every client.
Rick personally oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operations and all shipments. He takes great pleasure in the steady stream of thank you notes and letters he receives from satisfied customers.
